1st Oral Exam: Infomercial Guide

Here is a guide to help you prepare for your infomercial: Create an amazing/impossible/ridiculous product to pitch to the class. Think about uses for this product:  How will it improve our lives?  Why do we need it?  What problem will it solve?  Be sure to use persuasive language (include lots of exaggeration/hyperbole!):  u se adjectives like most amazing, incredible, fantastic, life-changing, wonderful, perfect, etc.   Write a script for how you and your partner/s will pitch this product to the class:  Your pitch should be 2-3 minutes long (longer is okay) Make sure everyone in your group has a speaking part  You do not need to memorize your script, BUT you should make eye contact with the audience and use lots of gestures to capture the audience's attention and sell your product. You can record your presentation at home or present it live in front of the class.  The class will vote for their favorites.  I can't wait to see what you guys come up with for your infomercials!
